At BODYWELLE, we value your time and ours. To ensure fair access and quality care for all patients, the following policy is in place:

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% fee.
A second cancellation of a rescheduled appointment will result in a non-refundable $75 fee.
No-shows are charged $150.
Complimentary follow-ups will be charged $110 for late cancellations within 24 hours’ or no-shows.
