SOMA SOCIAL: A NEW MOON GATHERING

THE DHARMA HOUSE, MIAMI – OCTOBER 10, 2026

Soma Social brought together a like-minded community for an intimate half-day experience dedicated to mindfulness, movement, and meaningful connection at The Dharma House in Miami. Inspired by the energy of the New Moon, the gathering invited guests to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and embrace new beginnings through a thoughtfully curated selection of holistic wellness experiences.

The experience unfolded around three intentions: ground, express, and connect. Guests began with guided journaling, intention setting, yoga, and breathwork before exploring playful movement, ecstatic dance, and restorative sound healing.

Throughout the gathering, attendees enjoyed ceremonial cacao, nourishing bites, henna art, mini facials, and access to cold plunges, saunas, and a jacuzzi, alongside curated local wellness vendors and community giveaways.

The gathering offered guests an opportunity to experience wellness beyond traditional routines, bringing together mindful movement, self-expression, relaxation, and authentic human connection.

Summer Wellness Event

1060 ALTON RD, MIAMI BEACH – AUGUST 28, 2026

BODYWELLE welcomed guests for an evening dedicated to wellness, movement, and recovery at our Miami Beach location. The Summer Wellness Event brought the community together for an energizing outdoor workout followed by a curated selection of complimentary wellness experiences.

Fitness expert Maykel led guests through an outdoor workout designed to kick off the evening with movement, energy, and connection.

Following the class, guests experienced BODYWELLE’s innovative wellness technologies, including B12 shots, mini facials, EMSCULPT NEO demonstrations, and EMSELLA pelvic floor therapy, alongside light refreshments provided by AVO.

The event offered guests an opportunity to experience BODYWELLE beyond the traditional clinical setting, bringing together fitness, recovery, aesthetics, and advanced wellness in one engaging evening designed around feeling and performing your best.
