Founder & Medical Director
Dr. Alonso Martin is an award-winning physician whose life’s work sits at the intersection of longevity science and health optimization. As the founder of BODYWELLE in Miami Beach, he has built a practice around one core belief: aging is not inevitable decline, it is a biological process that can be measured, understood, and meaningfully slowed.
Dr. Martin’s path to medicine began as a neuroscience undergraduate at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he researched antioxidants, oxidative stress, and the cellular mechanisms of aging. He earned his M.D. from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine before completing his residency in Family Medicine at the University of California, Irvine (UCI), where he managed complex chronic conditions including obesity, diabetes, hormonal disorders, and autoimmune disease. That clinical depth gives him a perspective rare in longevity medicine. He sees aging as a whole-body problem that begins at the cellular level long before symptoms appear.

From your initial consultation to scheduling, treatment coordination, and thoughtful post-care follow-ups, he oversees every detail with precision, discretion, and genuine care.Â
As the operational heart of the practice, Nicolas ensures that everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes, allowing each visit to feel effortless and impeccably curated. His refined, client-first approach, shaped by years of working with discerning clientele, blends professionalism with an intuitive, deeply human touch. His mission is simple yet intentional: to create a Four Seasons like experience that is smooth, personalized, and truly unforgettable, so every guest feels seen, supported, and cared for.
Nurse Practitioner
Nicole Sackrin, FNP-BC is a Miami native and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine and skin rejuvenation. She began her nursing career in New York City working alongside world-renowned dermatologists and later returned to South Florida to complete her Master of Science in Nursing to become a Nurse Practitioner.
Nicole has worked in both medical and cosmetic dermatology as well as plastic surgery, and focuses on skin health, wellness, lasers, and injectables. She is known for her thoughtful approach and takes time to understand each patient’s goals, creating personalized treatment plans that deliver natural, balanced results.
Nicole is passionate about helping patients feel refreshed, confident, and comfortable in their own skin.
Physician Assistant
Francesca Gonzalez, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Miami and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University. Her background in psychology shapes how she connects with patients. She focuses on creating an environment built on comfort, trust, and clear communication so everyone feels supported and understood.
She specializes in aesthetic medicine and wellness, focusing on natural, subtle results that enhance balance and facial harmony. Francesca is known for her thoughtful approach and takes pride in tailoring every treatment plan to match her patients’ unique goals.
