You will have an in-person or virtual consultation with Dr. Martin. The consultation will start with an introduction to our wellness and weight loss programs including weight loss injections. Together, you will review your medical history and goals and determine which weight loss treatment is best suited for you. During this initial consultation, Dr. Martin will address any questions or concerns.
* If you have bloodwork that is within 90 days, you may qualify to start Semaglutide or Mounjaro on the day of the consultation (based on pharmacy stock availability). Bloodwork is not necessary for Vyvanse treatment.
* Blood work panels will be ordered for patients who do not have lab results within the 90-day timeframe. Insurance may be used toward the blood work panel with Quest Diagnostics. There is no guarantee that your insurance will cover some or all of your blood work panel. A copy of the insurance card will be collected.

Dr. Martin will explain how to take the medication and how often to use it. It is necessary to follow all medication guidelines provided by Dr. Martin in order to obtain safe and effective outcomes and minimize the possibility of potential side effects.
* The medication start date is based on stock availability from retail pharmacies (e.g., CVS and Walgreens). Our office will send your medication to the pharmacy of your choice for fulfillment.
* Medication from a retail pharmacy (e.g., CVS and Walgreens) will have an out-of-pocket expense or insurance deductible or copay paid by the patient.
A minimum of three (3) months’ commitment is required for our weight loss program.
* The weight loss injection program fee for Semaglutide or Mounjaro (brand medication) is $325 per month, with a minimum of 3 months. The total cost for the first three (3) months is $975 plus the cost of the medication paid by the patient directly to the retail pharmacy of their choice. The patient is responsible for any out-of-pocket expense or insurance deductible or copay to obtain medication.
* The weight loss program fee for Vyvanse is $695 per month, with a minimum of 3 months. The total cost for the first three (3) months is $2,085 plus the cost of the medication paid by the patient directly to the retail pharmacy of their choice. The patient is responsible for any out-of-pocket expense or insurance deductible or copay to obtain medication.
* Cost does not include shipping and handling when applicable.
Dr. Martin will review your progress and medication dosing every 30 days. These appointments are in-office or via virtual consultation and generally last between 15-20 minutes. Dosing will increase, decrease, or remain the same to achieve the best outcomes. Refilling medication will be done during these appointments.
* No cost. Follow-up appointments are included in the monthly fee.
