Cancellation & Refund Policy

BODYWELLE

At BODYWELLE, we value your time and ours. To ensure fair access and quality care for all patients, the following policy is in place:

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% fee.
  • A second cancellation of a rescheduled appointment will result in a non-refundable $75 fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
  • Complimentary follow-up appointments will be charged $110 for late cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.

Refund Policy

  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
  • Deposits and payments apply toward scheduled services and will be forfeited in the event of late cancellations, rescheduling within 24 hours, or no-shows.
