Cancellation Policy AM Beauty & Wellness

Please call or text (305) 877-5084 as soon as possible for any cancellations or rescheduling. We do not accept cancellations via email or any messaging through social media.

We request a minimum of 24-hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations without notice will results in a charge for the full price of treatment. For treatments with variable pricing, you will be charged $500 per half-hour scheduled (a 2-hour service with variable pricing will incur a $2,000.00 no-show fee). Clients arriving later than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time must reschedule their treatment and will be subject to a $150 rescheduling fee, with no exceptions.
