Cancellation Policy AM Beauty & Wellness

At BODYWELLE, we value your time and ours. To ensure fair access and quality care for all patients, the following policy is in place:

• First late cancellation or reschedule (less than 24 hours’ notice): A 25% fee of the scheduled service will apply. This applies to both new and follow-up treatment appointments.
• Second cancellation of the same rescheduled appointment: A flat $75 fee will be charged. This fee is non-refundable and non-redeemable toward future services.
• No-show appointments: A flat $150 fee will apply, no exceptions.
