Cancellation & Refund Policy

At BODYWELLE, we value your time and ours. To ensure fair access and quality care for all patients, the following policy is in place:

Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% fee.
A second cancellation of a rescheduled appointment will result in a non-refundable $75 fee.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Complimentary follow-up appointments will be charged $110 for late cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
