The event brought together South Florida’s top influencers and content creators for a curated pre-week experience focused on longevity and recovery. The event featured Dr. Alonso Martin alongside other leading voices in women’s health, longevity, nutrition, hormone wellness, and holistic healing. Guests gained valuable insights and practical tools to support their well-being during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
